Food for Thought was more than just a dinner—it was the first step in building a passionate beta community around Aware’s vision for better, more accessible healthcare. Hosted in Aware’s first lab location in Berlin Mitte (before construction even began), the event brought together founders, health nerds, and fitness enthusiasts for a night of nourishment—both for the body and mind.
The evening featured a 5-course vegan menu designed to boost iron and vitamin C levels, addressing one of the most common nutritional deficiencies. To feed our minds, we invited guest speaker Felix Krause, a tech engineer, founder, and self-tracking enthusiast, to share insights from his Quantified Self project, howisfelix.today—a deep dive into personal data tracking for better health and self-optimization.
With candlelight, a curated guest list of 30 inspiring people, and a raw, pre-construction space setting the scene, the event had a cool, intimate Berlin vibe—a perfect kickoff for Aware’s growing community.
This wasn’t just a dinner—it was the foundation of a movement. By bringing together early adopters—techies, scientists, fitness lovers, and founders—Aware started building a community of engaged beta testers who live and breathe health innovation.
Food for Thought set the tone for what’s to come: a space where science, nutrition, and personal well-being meet—starting in Berlin, Aware’s hometown ❤️
